Reservations Are Required for All Rides
Reservation Policy: Reservations
will only be held for 10 minutes past the scheduled time. Should you
arrive past the cut-off, we will have no alternative but to reschedule
your ride. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals. It is crucial
that we stay on time with our rides. Please remember, one late ride can
cause major delays for others throughout the day. Thank you for helping
to make everyone's trail ride with the Western Trail Riding Services an enjoyable experience.
Reservation Fees: A credit
card is required to book any ride. Should your group reduce in riders
or you need to postpone or cancel your ride and WTRS was not notified 24 hours in advance, the full price for each absent rider will be charged. No Exceptions!
Trail Ride Payment: Payment is due on the day of the ride.
WTRS Weight Limit Policy: Riders cannot exceed 240 lbs
Right of Refusal: We
reserve the right to refuse service and/or stop and remove anyone from a
ride in progress, should he/she refuse to comply with the Western Trail Riding Services and/or East Bay Regional Park rules and regulations.
